Job Title: School Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to manage the day-to-day operations of our schools. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.

About the Role:

The School Operations Manager will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative and technical support to area and schools teams, ensuring efficient communication and coordination with the Regional Office for operational workings.

The role involves disseminating policies and instructions to principals as and when necessary, maintaining accurate records of all communications made between schools and area/district office, and ensuring the dispatch and receipt of mail and parcels between area/district office and schools.

The successful candidate will also verify and compile annual school budgets, prepare monthly petty cash reports, and liaise with the finance department to ensure timely reimbursement of schools' petty cash.

In addition, the School Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring timely reporting of Area/District expenses' paperwork and bills collection as per TCF policy, verifying and compiling logistic requirements of schools, and coordinating with education team/regional coordinator/supply chain to check when supplies are delivered.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree from any reputable institution and at least 2 years' experience in administrative and/or secretarial position.
