Avery Dennison Corporation is seeking an experienced Factory Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of production staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

The Factory Supervisor will work closely with the Operations Manager to design and implement operation improvement strategies for safety, cost, quality, training, inventory, and services. They will also be responsible for monitoring work schedules, adjusting as needed to meet changing demands, and ensuring that all production activities are carried out safely and efficiently.

A strong ability to manage, coach, and develop a diverse team is essential for this role. Experience leading continuous improvement efforts and familiarity with ELS Operating Principles are highly desirable. A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as Engineering, is preferred, and at least 5 years of operational experience with team leader experience is required.
