A challenging opportunity has arisen for an experienced Regulatory Compliance Officer to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Interpret and implement CGMPs, GLPs, equipment purchasing, calibration, repair, and maintenance, stability guidelines, validation, cleaning validation, facilities, and other related requirements.
  • Develop Quality Plans: Organize, direct, control, and evaluate quality-related activities.
  • Manage Quality Operations: Oversee budgeting, goal setting, and performance evaluation of the quality assurance department.
  • Evaluate Sourcing and Procurement: Consult and negotiate with equipment vendors and suppliers to prepare specifications, explain proposals, and present quality reports and findings.
  • Assign and Coordinate Technical Work: Assign, coordinate, and review technical work of the department or project team.
  • Recruit and Develop Talent: Recruit personnel, develop, and maintain staff competence in required areas, provide training, and accomplish technical resources with a proven record in building and motivating quality assurance efforts.
  • Manage Staff Performance: Accomplish staff results by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff, developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
  • Solve Complex Problems: Investigate system problems to recommend and implement solutions.
  • Implement Change Control Systems: Establish and operate change control systems to ensure compliance for the facility, equipment, processes, and acceptance limits.
  • Lead Toll Manufacturing: Handle quality affairs of toll manufacturing.
  • Laboratory Operations Expertise: Control laboratory operations of the micronutrient laboratory.
  • Innovate and Develop New Products: Responsible for research and development of new products comprising the registration dossier, material selections (local and import), recipe development, trials preparation, and their stability studies.
  • Drive New Product Launches: Execute new developed recipes at plant for bulk production.
  • Formulate and Refine Existing Products: Modify and maintain existing formulations regarding quality issues and economical aspects.
  • Create New Product Formulations: Formulate new products for different dosage forms of pesticides.
  • Develop Micronutrient Products: Monitor all activities regarding new recipe development micronutrient products.
  • Establish Analytical Methods: Develop analytical methods for raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
  • Determine Packaging Specifications: Specify packaging material for all packaging components.
  • Train QA and Plant Staff: Train QA and plant staff.
  • Knowledge of International Certifications: Strong knowledge and implementation skill as MR of international certification like ISO 9001:2008, 17025, 14000, OHSAS, EPA, and others.
  • Ensure Compliance of QMS, GMP, and Regulatory Audits.
