We are seeking a seasoned, ambitious, and energetic professional to join our team in Karachi as a Digital Media Marketing Specialist.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Digital Media Strategy and Management:
    • Plan, develop, execute, and manage digital media accounts for a portfolio of 3-4 clients.
  • Content Creation:
    • Excellent writing skills with demonstrated ability to write successfully for the web.
  • Digital Presence:
    • Manage presence in social networking sites including, but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Vimeo.
  • Trend Monitoring and Analysis:
    • Monitor digital media groups, trends, and applications to recommend appropriate actions.
  • Engagement and Optimization:
    • Analyze and optimize content in relevant communities, based on engagement and content type.
  • Liaison and Collaboration:
    • Liaison with the client and creative team to ensure the client's work is designed and published in a timely manner.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with creative and marketing teams to develop and post content.
  • Influencer Relations:
    • Identify industry influencers and bloggers to connect with on digital media platforms and request blog posts.
  • Metrics and Reporting:
    • Set, track, and report on meaningful metrics to evaluate success.
  • Digital Editorial Calendar:
    • Create and maintain digital editorial calendar.
  • Customer Service:
    • Provide prompt, accurate, and appropriate responses to customers.
  • Data Analysis:
    • Familiarity with web analytics and tracking methodologies.
Qualifications and Requirements:

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Media Sciences.
2. Minimum 2 years of professional experience in digital content experience strongly preferred.
3. Expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
4. Proven history of digital media account launches with clear and effective strategies to build networks.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication.
6. Agency background preferred.
