Lead Software Developer

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Lead Software Developer to lead our software development team.

About the Role:

">

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a section of up to four active projects, as well as multiple inactive projects. As a Lead Software Developer, you will act as an escalation point for your team leads, providing technical guidance and support.

">

You will maintain a high-level technical understanding of each project in your section, including architecture and technologies used. Additionally, you will complete performance reviews for your team leads or mentees each quarter, and provide salary recommendations to your engineering manager.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with experience in leading a development team. You will also have expert knowledge in analyzing, designing, and developing solutions, as well as hands-on experience with CI/CD tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.">
  • 5+ years of overall software development experience.">
  • 2+ years of experience directly leading a development team of 3+ people.">
  • Development experience using .NET Core, ASP.Net Core (C#), Java or Node.js.">
  • Expert knowledge in analyzing, designing, and developing solutions.">
  • Hands on experience with CI/CD tools.">
