CRM Consultant Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM/CE Consultant to design, implement, customize, and maintain scalable CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (formerly Dynamics CRM).

This position requires collaboration with clients to understand their business requirements and design tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will lead the implementation process, including configuration, customization, data migration, and integration with other systems.

The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Dataverse, and related tools. They will develop custom workflows, plugins, custom entities, and scripts to extend the functionality of Dynamics 365 CE. Additionally, they will provide training to end-users and administrators on how to use Dynamics 365 CE effectively.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required, along with at least 5 years of experience with Dynamics 365 CRM/CE, including implementation, customization, and system integrations. Established professionals who can establish, lead, and sustain Communities of Practice and Centers of Excellence will be preferred.

Key Skills:
  • Power Apps: App design, connectors, custom controls, performance optimization.
  • Power Automate: Building scalable cloud flows, desktop flows (RPA), error handling, and integrations.
  • Dataverse: In-depth knowledge of schema design, relationships, security model, advanced data handling.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience with Dynamics 365 CRM/CE, including implementation, customization, and system integrations.
  • Establish, lead, and sustain Communities of Practice and Centers of Excellence.
