Product Listing Manager Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Product Listing Manager to oversee the team responsible for creating and optimizing all product listings. As a key member of our e-commerce team, you will be responsible for ensuring our products are launched efficiently, accurately, and optimized for maximum visibility and sales.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Team Leadership & Management: Supervise and mentor the team of Listing Strategists and Listing Executives.
    • Target Setting: Set weekly and monthly targets for the number of new products to be listed and optimized.
    • Workflow Management: Manage the day-to-day workflow of the listing department, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Quality Control: Act as the final point of quality control, reviewing and approving new listing templates and strategies before they are implemented.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously analyze and improve the listing creation process to increase speed and reduce errors.
  • Compliance: Ensure all listings are 100% compliant with each platform's policies and our company's brand guidelines.
  • Strategy Development: Work with the Head of E-commerce to develop the overall strategy for product presentation and SEO across all channels.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of new listings, tracking key metrics like conversion rate, click-through rate, and initial sales.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the Marketing and Design departments to ensure a seamless and efficient product launch process.
