About The Role
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Method Study and Work Measurement: Analyze and document existing operations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Plant Layout and Facility Planning: Design and optimize plant layouts to minimize bottlenecks and idle time.
  • Analyze and document existing operations using methods such as Time and Motion Study.
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Establish Standard Minute Values (SMVs) for garment operations.
  • Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen techniques to enhance productivity.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.

The ideal candidate will be able to think critically and come up with innovative solutions to problems. They must also be proficient in MS Excel and have a good understanding of process improvement methodologies.
