Job Title: Data Insights Manager

This is an opportunity to contribute to building a high-performing analytics practice and elevate the impact of insights on business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with commercial teams to translate data solutions into actionable insights for pricing, promotions, and mix decisions.
  • Develop and deliver analytics programs that drive business value creation, including revenue growth management (RGM), price and promotion (PnP) analytics, and sales analytics.
  • Work with data engineers and data science team to standardize and streamline operations in analytics programs.
  • Build and integrate analytics frameworks to provide a comprehensive view of business impact.
Requirements:
  • 7 years+ of relevant analytics and insights experience, preferably in FMCG and Asia Pacific.
  • Extensive experience in translating PnP, RGM analytics programs into actionable insights.
  • Detailed knowledge of promotion analytics program and the science behind it.
  • Experience in pricing analytics, pack price architecture analytics, and using pricing and promotion simulators.
