About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Accounting and Finance Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing monthly financial schedules, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Maintaining Fixed Asset Register:

    • You will be responsible for updating and maintaining the fixed asset register to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Responsibilities and Duties

The successful candidate will perform the following duties:

  • Prepare Monthly Financial Schedules:

    • Develop and maintain accurate and complete financial schedules to support management decision-making.

  • Maintain Fixed Asset Register and Balance Sheet Items Register:

    • Ensure accuracy and completeness of fixed assets and balance sheet items registers.

  • Make Payments and Update System Records:

    • Process payments and update system records to ensure timely and accurate recording of transactions.

  • Perform Monthly Bank Reconciliation:

    • Reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.

  • Assist with Monthly and Year-End Closing and Audit Preparation:

    • Support the preparation of financial statements and audit reports.

  • Administrative Duties:

    • Perform various administrative tasks to support the accounting department.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • ACCA or relevant degree:

    • A recognized accounting qualification or degree is essential for this role.

  • Meticulous and good in numbers:

    • You must have excellent attention to detail and numerical skills.

  • Minimum 2 years accounting experience:

    • Proven experience in accounting and finance is required for this role.

  • Living in East Regions:

    • Residency in Tampines, Pasir Ris, Bedok, or Simei is preferred but not mandatory.
