Job Title: Financial Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced financial manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, finance, and management.

">Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the monthly accounting close and reconciliation process, adhering to the published accounting close and reporting calendar.
  • Prepare account reconciliations in conjunction with the monthly close process, including the related journal entries.
  • Recording of supplier invoicing, subsequent processing of payments and maintenance of supplier database
  • Ensure all payments to vendors are made within due date
  • Review of GRIR account on periodic basis
  • Recording and maintenance of loan schedules and the related payments
  • Recording and tracking of all receipts from customers
  • Preparation of aging analysis and follow up with customers for timely receipts against invoices including sending the customers periodic payment reminders
  • Preparation and maintenance of prepaid schedules and amortization
  • Ensuring proper withholding and payment of taxes when making payments
  • Record and maintain accurate accruals for expenses to ensure timely and compliant financial reporting
  • Assist with accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close
  • Maintain files as needed within the department
  • Perform such other accounting, financial, or administrative tasks as may be required from time-to-time by the Director Finance
Requirements:
  • CAF qualified / CA Inter with articles completed
  • Minimum 6 years' tax and accounting experience, preferably in tax department of any reputed audit firm
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in preparing account reconciliations and financial statements
  • In depth knowledge of the financial reporting requirements per Companies Act, 2017
  • Conversant with Tax Laws and related returns
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects/deliverables
  • Highest level of integrity and ability to handle highly confidential information
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Motivated, reliable and outgoing with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
  • SAP byDesign experience preferred, but not required
  • Fluent in Urdu and English - send CV in English
