**Customer Service Professional Wanted**

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Professional to join our team as a Seasonal Concierge. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to our guests.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Welcome guests and assist with their stay
  • Provide expert advice on local attractions, dining options, and events
  • Make reservations at top-rated restaurants and venues
  • Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate transportation services for guests
  • Ensure the lobby area remains clean and organized
  • Support with luggage storage and delivery to guest rooms
  • Field incoming calls from guests requiring assistance

**Requirements for Success:**

  • Degree in Hospitality Management or related field (an asset)
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles (preferably in hospitality)
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven organizational and time management abilities
  • Able to multitask and thrive in fast-paced environments
  • Proficient in English language (additional languages an advantage)
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
