Graphic Designer Position

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of design software and be able to produce high-quality designs under tight deadlines.

The Graphic Designer will work closely with our Content Creators, Copywriters, and Media Buyers to produce engaging ad creatives that grab attention and convert viewers into customers.

The successful candidate will consistently deliver 20+ high-quality design assets per day, maintain a revision rate below 10%, and ensure brand consistency across all campaigns.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing ad creatives, story assets, carousels, thumbnails, and banners for various clients and campaigns.
  • Developing new creative ideas based on competitive research, ad libraries, and performance insights.
  • Collaborating with Media Buyers to review creative metrics and iterate designs that perform best.

Core competencies required include:

  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva Pro (Figma/After Effects a plus).
  • Performance-driven mindset understanding that ads exist to convert, not just to look pretty.
  • Attention to detail with pixel-perfect alignment, consistent typography, and correct use of brand assets.
  • Creativity under pressure ability to deliver engaging work under tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Excellent communication skills working closely with copywriters, media buyers, and account managers.
  • Ability to handle feedback, test new ideas, and pivot when performance data suggests new directions.
