We are seeking a skilled maintenance professional to join our team as a Supervisor (Electrical & Mechanical).

Job Summary:

As a maintenance supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all kinds of maintenance related issues regarding Electrical/Mechanical and water supply works.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execution of projects, rate analysis, proper knowledge and grip on MES Schedule of rates, billing of the contractors, preparation of Electricity bills by following guidelines from relevant authorities.
  • Maintenance and executional grip on HVAC System, main electric panels boards, HT cables, accessories maintenance, preparation of estimates.

You will also be required to handle Sui Gas related works, clear liaison with QESCO/SSGC offices.

Requirements:

  • 3 Years D.A.E Electrical or having 10 Years experience in related field.
