Key Responsibilities:Assurance Services
  • Special Purpose Audit, Statutory Audit, and other Compliance Assignments.
    • Review of Internal Controls, Internal Audit Services.
    Accounting & Business Advisory Services
    • Preparation of Technical Accounting Position Papers and Clearance with Auditors of Clients.
    • Preparation of Accounting Models and Templates (ECL, IFRS 16, Impairment Assessments, Going Concern).
    • IFRS (Full or SME) Financial Statements Preparation.
    • Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts and Reporting or Consolidation Packages.
    • Actuarial Valuation of Employees End of Service Benefits.
    • Preparation of Business Plans, Feasibility Studies, Business Valuations, Business Continuity Plans, Accounting Policies, and Manuals.
    • Day-to-Day Recording, Analysis, and Interpretation of Firm's Financial Transactions.
    • Tracking of All Expenses (Purchases, Payments, etc.) and Sales of Finished Products.
    • Credit and Collections Policies for Clients, ensuring that Vendors and Creditors are Paid Correctly and on Time, and the Firm is Also Paid Correctly and as When Due.
    • Collaboration with Managers to Prepare Budgets and Forecasts and Provide Feedback on the Financial Standing of the Organization.
    • Utilization of Past Records from Departments to Make Better Budgets and Forecasts Over Long-Term and Short-Term Time Horizons.
