Sportswear Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sportswear Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sportswear product development and marketing, as well as at least 2 years of experience as a marketing/merchandising manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, meeting sales targets, and closing deals. They will also utilize email marketing and other social media platforms to increase sales and attract customers, develop and implement effective social media campaigns to enhance factory presence and engagement in the international market, liaise with foreign customers and coordinate with the production department, communicate with foreign buyers to understand their requirements and provide necessary support, provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients, and stay updated on the latest global Sportswear trends and incorporate them into product developments and marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, proficiency in email communication tools and other relevant software, experience in social media marketing, knowledge of local and international market sources for materials, accessories, and trims procurement for use in productions and new developments, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and dynamic environment.
