H2X Process Optimization Specialist

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our research team as an H2X Process Optimization Specialist. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on impactful projects focused on transforming green hydrogen into valuable products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize sustainable hydrogen systems, including H2X processes.
  • Conduct techno-economic analysis (TEA) and life cycle assessment (LCA) to evaluate the economic feasibility and sustainability of hydrogen supply chains.
  • Collaborate with team members and external partners to achieve the group's research objectives.
  • Present research findings at international conferences and publish results in high-impact, peer-reviewed journals.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in chemical engineering or a closely related field.
  • Experience with process simulators such as Aspen Plus, Aspen Hysys, or similar packages.
  • Experience using techno-economic analysis and LCA methodologies.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, GAMS, Matlab, etc.).
  • Interest in renewable energy technologies, sustainability, and optimization.
