About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, with at least 3 years of experience in managing test teams. They should be proficient in creating and maintaining test cases, defect management, and regression testing. Certification in CTFL (Certified Tester Foundation Level) by ISTQB is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage software testing teams and ensure timely delivery of projects
  • Develop and maintain test strategies, plans, and scripts
  • Identify and report defects, and work with developers to resolve them

Requirements
