Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Settlements: Handle full and final settlements in accordance with established company policies and procedures, providing support and guidance to employees throughout the process.
  • HR Policy Communication: Effectively communicate and explain the organization's HR policies to employees, promoting a culture of transparency and open communication.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and submit relevant HR documents, including letters and certificates, as required by employees and management, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • HR Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee compensation, health insurance, and other relevant information, adhering to data protection regulations and best practices.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for new and existing employees to enhance their skills and performance, aligning with business objectives and goals.
  • Salary Distribution: Process and distribute salaries, bonuses, increments, and leave encashment in a timely manner, ensuring fairness and equity.
  • Grievance Resolution: Resolve employee grievances and queries in a fair and transparent manner, promoting a positive work environment and resolving conflicts efficiently.
  • Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work environment by engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand their motivation levels and address any concerns, driving employee satisfaction and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution.
  • Experience: Preference will be given to experienced candidates who possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
