Logistics and Procurement Leader

We are seeking a key member of our growing team to help drive business expansion globally.
As a Supply Chain Executive, you will be responsible for managing customer supply chains, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining strong communication channels with internal stakeholders and overseas suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate closely with sales, engineering, and project management teams to ensure seamless transfer of quotation enquiries and purchase requests into POs.
- Maintain open communication channels with overseas suppliers for technical information sharing, quotation negotiation, and purchase order tracking.
- Implement proactive risk management strategies to prevent delivery delays, cost overcharges, and quality non-conformances.
- Identify new suppliers through various means to prepare for future business demands.
- 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing sourcing or procurement, preferably in the industry.
- Proficiency in finding and evaluating global suppliers.
- Understanding of factory workflows from receiving sales orders to final delivery.
- Cost analysis and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in MS Suite (Excel & Word) and ERP systems.
- Excellent English written and spoken skills.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field preferred.
