Job Title: Senior Audio Software Development Manager

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Audio Software Development Manager to lead our team in developing innovative audio solutions for IoT devices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Linux audio development, embedded systems, and software engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement audio software frameworks and drivers for Linux-based IoT devices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality products.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to ensure seamless handovers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field with 6+ years of experience in software development.
  • Strong understanding of Linux fundamentals, audio fundamentals, and embedded systems.
  • Experience with C/C++ programming languages and audio drivers (ALSA).
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage and motivate a team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 4+ years of software engineering experience.
  • Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 3+ years of software engineering experience.
  • PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of software engineering experience.
