Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Junior Executive (Data Entry Operator). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, including data entry, record management, and document preparation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Entry: Enter accurate and timely information into our database system.
  • Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as required.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Intermediate or Equivalent Education Qualification.
  • Preferably 1 year of experience in a related field.
Test and Interview Details:

Please note the following test and interview details:

  • Jaranwala: Test Date - Monday, Time - 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM, Interview Date - Friday, Time - 8:30 AM onwards.
  • Sargodha: Test Date - Tuesday, Time - 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM, Interview Date - Friday, Time - 12:30 PM onwards.
  • Toba Tek Singh: Test Date - Wednesday, Time - 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM, Interview Date - Saturday, Time - 8:30 AM onwards.
  • Khushab: Test Date - Thursday, Time - 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM, Interview Date - Saturday, Time - 8:30 AM onwards.
Terms and Conditions:

Please review the following terms and conditions:

  • Resident from respective Tehsil as per CNIC/Domicile will be allowed for test against one location only.
  • Interested candidates must bring original documents i.e. Personal, Educational & Professional for test as per specified time. Requests for consideration after lapse of time will not be entertained.
  • Only Female candidates will be considered for Female NRCs.
  • Only shortlisted candidates after qualifying test shall be called for interview.
  • Employees serving in Government/Semi-Government departments must provide No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of interview.
  • Attested degrees/certificates from Higher Education Commission (HEC)/respective educational boards must be provided at the time of interview.
  • Selected candidate will undergo a 6-month probation period, extendable subject to performance.
  • Selected candidate shall provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.
  • Appointment is being made against a specific NADRA Registration Centre (NRC); therefore, no request for transfer shall be entertained.
  • 05 years age relaxation is already included in above age limit.
  • Electronic gadgets such as mobile phone, smart watch etc. will not be allowed during test/interview.
  • No TA/DA will be admissible for Test & Interview.
  • Females, Minority, Transgenders and Differently-abled candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Sample test is available at which can be viewed for guidance.

Please note that selected candidates shall neither confer any entitlement of permanent appointment nor be regularized.
