Health, Safety & Environment Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Health, Safety & Environment professional to lead our initiatives for large-scale infrastructure projects.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines in compliance with local regulations and company standards.
  • They will conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments to ensure safe work practices.
  • The individual will lead incident investigations and prepare comprehensive reports with preventive action plans.
  • They will deliver safety training and awareness sessions to staff and workers.
  • The role will involve coordinating with project managers and engineers to ensure safety requirements are integrated into project execution.
  • The successful candidate will liaise with relevant authorities and ensure compliance with legal and environmental obligations.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or a related discipline; HSE certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA) are mandatory.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of HSE management experience in the construction industry.
  • Prior experience in managing health, safety, and environment initiatives in large-scale infrastructure projects is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations, hazard identification, and risk control.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and reporting skills.
