We are seeking an expert in social media advertising to join our team as a Social Media Advertising Specialist. This role involves creating and managing campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

Responsibilities
  • Create and execute comprehensive advertising strategies tailored for the healthcare industry to generate leads.
  • Design and optimize lead generation funnels to improve return on investment (ROI).
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust strategies to enhance return on ad spend (ROAS) and reduce cost per acquisition (CPA).
  • Conduct thorough audience research to accurately target healthcare providers and decision-makers.
  • Develop compelling ad creatives aligned with healthcare billing pain points.
  • Manage budgets and bid strategies for maximum ROI.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) like click-through rate (CTR), cost per click (CPC), cost per 1,000 impressions (CPM), CPA, and ROI to ensure campaign profitability.
  • Provide regular performance reports and ROI analyses.
  • Perform A/B testing on ad variations to improve results.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align messaging effectively.
  • Stay updated on platform policies, healthcare marketing standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Optimize landing pages to reduce drop-offs and improve lead quality.
