Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to facilitate the development of ICT solutions in our organization. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the organization's website and create an operational manual.
  • Create and maintain offline blogging software with proper checks and develop its operational manual.
  • Foster adherence to our methodology, philosophy, goals, and objectives throughout the facilitation of programs.
  • Support logistics staff in preparing specifications of ICT equipment and procurement.
  • Design ICT awareness sessions manuals for communities and build capacities of ICT field staff to deliver sessions to communities with proper monitoring visits.
  • Provide feedback to management on administrative and financial software.
  • Contribute to Capacity Building, Knowledge Management, and Institutional Development related to ICT.
  • Analyze risks and balance time-cost ratios to focus effort on the most appropriate implementation strategies for accurate outcomes of projects.
  • Oversee ICT support to partners and associated partner communities.
  • Offer technical support in conducting baseline surveys & action research, developing IEC material, and establishing community ICT centers.
  • Assist with occasional duties requested by management from time to time.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a reputable organization.
  • Qualification: Master's degree in IT or equivalent.
  • Skills, Abilities, Knowledge: PHP, MySQL, Joomla, WordPress with at least 5 years of experience & basic knowledge of business process management systems (ERP/CRM), training skills, client-end support, LAN/WLAN/WAN knowledge, etc.
