Software Quality Assurance Professional

Are you a quality-driven individual with a passion for software testing? We are seeking a skilled Software Quality Assurance Professional to join our team.

Job Description:
We are looking for a Software Quality Assurance Professional to be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our software products. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in planning, implementing, and automating software tests in an agile environment. Your expertise in Software Test Life Cycle (STLC) will be essential in identifying and mitigating potential issues before they impact our customers.

Responsibilities:
• Participate in '3 Amigos' – pair with the Product Owner and Developer to create Acceptance Criteria for user stories
• Review acceptance criteria and identify test scenarios
• Provide test estimates during sprint planning
• Design Test Automation Framework
• Develop automated acceptance tests for features
• Develop and implement integration, regression, and system tests for new features
• Create and maintain test data and test environment needed for testing
• Log defects and track them
• Conduct exploratory testing as part of every sprint
• Develop automated tests for non-functional testing
• Ensure that tasks are delivered on time and of high quality

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• ~4 years of experience in software testing
• 1+ years of hands-on experience in Automation testing
• Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) development practices with Java or similar
• The ability to use a version control system and follow guidelines and branching strategy in place
• Familiarity and ability to work with design patterns
• Knowledge in Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) methodology
• Acceptance Test Automation with Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, or similar
• Experience with relational or non-relational databases like SQL
