Business Process Leader

The Operations Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the remittance business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking, sales, and business development, with excellent communication and team management skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, including opening and closing corridor Forex rates, categorizing agents based on performance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

You will also define selling rates by analyzing market conditions, inter-bank rates, and stock markets, and exercise due care and diligence on matters related to Money Laundering.

Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing periodical reports on money transfer rates and revenue analysis, and maintaining a robust Business Continuity Plan (BCP).

Your goal will be to focus on daily transaction size and volume, executing strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets while ensuring zero operational loss by monitoring Credit Limits of agents/locations on a monthly basis.

You will work closely with the Compliance Department to ensure effective reporting of suspicious transactions and maintain a dynamic and compatible Business Continuity Plan (BCP) that aligns with the business objectives.
