This is a strategic leadership role where you will be responsible for overseeing the entire warehouse operation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective warehouse management strategies to ensure efficient operations.
  • Oversee all aspects of receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  • Maintain the physical condition of the warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts, inspecting equipment, issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
  • Control inventory levels through regular physical counts and reconciliation with data storage systems.
Performance Metrics:
  • Daily, weekly and monthly reports and statistics to track performance.
  • Effective receipt, order assembly and dispatch of goods.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in warehouse management.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Business or Supply Chain preferred.

Other duties as assigned include proper tagging of materials, management of warehouse MIS and maintaining records for stock IN and OUT for different events. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure.
