About the Role:

This Client Solutions Associate will be responsible for generating leads, scheduling consultations, and positioning our services through structured conversations.

The ideal candidate will manage outbound calls, qualify leads, maintain CRM accuracy, and serve as the first point of contact between property owners and our sales team.

The position requires strong communication skills, confidence in objection handling, and adaptability to ensure seamless interactions with clients.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new leads through targeted outreach to Dubai-based property owners.
  • Qualify potential clients based on their current property status.
  • Present our services tactfully, focusing on client needs rather than promotions.
  • Introduce relevant services such as off-plan investment options, resale support, or technical services depending on the owner profile.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

Strong Spoken English with Neutral Accent: Effective communication is crucial for building rapport with clients.

1-3 Years Experience in Telesales, BPO, or Real Estate: A background in telemarketing or real estate can provide valuable insights into client behavior and preferences.

Confidence in Objection Handling and Adaptive Communication: The ability to navigate complex conversations and adjust communication styles according to client needs.

Fast Learner, Self-Organized, and Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

Professional Tone and Maturity in Handling UAE Clientele: Understanding the cultural nuances and expectations of working with UAE clients.
