We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate loading and unloading of trucks, order picking, packing, wrapping, labeling, and processing shipments.

Responsibilities
  • Build pallets accurately as per stacking pattern to optimize storage space and minimize damage.
  • Verify the accuracy of receiving and dispatching products to maintain quality standards.
  • Report any product damages or discrepancies promptly to the Team Leader.
  • Loading and unloading trucks, order picking, wrapping products, packing, labeling shipping and receiving according to customer requirements.
  • Ensure products are stored in the correct location and stacked properly on pallets or shelves to prevent damage and facilitate easy access.
  • Report tasks completed individually and bring probable discrepancies to the attention of the Team Leader in a timely manner.
  • Accurately complete put-away tasks and ensure they are done efficiently.
  • Maintain efficient usage of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and report any out-of-order MHE to the maintenance department promptly.
  • Upkeep and safety of storage systems installed/used in the warehouse to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dock area during receiving/shipping and keep the work area clean and organized according to Quality Standards.
  • Inform the Team Leader immediately in case of any incident or accident.
  • Maintain exemplary discipline while on duty and adhere to company policies.
Qualifications
  • Graduate preferred; Intermediate minimum qualification.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in multi-tier pallet warehouses is desirable.
  • Good physical fitness is required for this role.
  • Excellent teamwork skills and good work ethics are essential.
