Art Instructor

At TheTrustSchool, we are seeking a highly skilled Art Instructor to join our team of experienced educators. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative professional to develop and deliver engaging art lessons to students.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for art education and a proven ability to foster creativity and self-expression among students. A key responsibility of this role will be to design and implement lesson plans aligned with students' learning objectives, focusing on art history and techniques.

This position also involves preparing the classroom by organizing and setting up equipment and materials, developing students' drawing, painting, and coloring skills through guided instruction and hands-on activities, teaching media usage, including graphite and charcoal pencils, oil, acrylic, and watercolor paint, guiding students through art history lessons and encouraging critical thinking, assigning and assessing projects and exams, providing constructive feedback, monitoring students' progress and reporting to stakeholders, maintaining a clean and organized classroom environment, managing inventory and sourcing necessary art supplies, participating in faculty meetings and parent-teacher conferences.

We are looking for a dedicated educator who possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse learning styles. Prior experience as an art teacher, preferably in a similar educational setting, is highly desirable.
