Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled financial professional to lead our financial operations, develop strategies for growth, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:
Financial Planning and Analysis
* Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth, identify key performance indicators (KPIs), and track performance metrics.
* Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes, analyzing data to provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Accounting and Compliance
* Ensure accurate financial reporting and adherence to accounting standards, monitoring cash flow, accounts payable, and receivable, coordinating audits, and managing tax compliance.
* Maintain effective policies, procedures, and internal controls to prevent mismanagement of transactions.

Risk Management and Cost Control
* Identify and mitigate potential risks, implementing cost-saving initiatives to improve profitability, and monitoring transactions for mismanagement.

Stakeholder Management and Reporting
* Prepare detailed reports, statements, and presentations for stakeholders, providing guidance to executive leadership and department heads, collaborating with external partners.

Requirements:
Education and Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field, 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles.
* Experience in reporting, budgeting, and strategic planning, strong proficiency in financial software, excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Skills:
* Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines, excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
