Job Title: Program Officer Resource Mobilization

Dynamic Role in Resource Mobilization.

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to support the program manager in mobilizing resources for a humanitarian organization. This role requires strong communication and fundraising skills, with the ability to develop strategic partnerships and secure funding.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop a Financial Resource Mobilization Strategy
  2. Build Strategic Partnerships
  3. Organize Fundraising Campaigns

This position involves the following key tasks:

  1. Develop and Implement a Comprehensive Resource Mobilization Strategy
  2. Identify and Pursue Funding Opportunities
  3. Negotiate and Secure Funding Agreements
  4. Establish and Maintain Effective Relationships with Donors and Stakeholders
  5. Coordinate Fundraising Events and Campaigns
  6. Develop and Submit Proposals and Reports
  7. Provide Technical Assistance and Support to Program Staff
  8. Contribute to the Development of Quarterly and Annual Reports
  9. Undertake Business Travel as Required
