Full Stack Software Developer

About this role:

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Software Developer who is passionate about developing modern web applications. While this role covers the entire stack, it emphasizes backend and server-side logic.

The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js, as well as a deep understanding of React core principles, patterns, and latest features. Experience with React and server-side rendering frameworks such as Next.js, Astro, Vite, etc., is highly desirable.

This role involves designing and developing full stack web applications using React-based frameworks with server-side rendering capabilities. The developer will also be responsible for implementing robust backend logic and server-side components for React applications, working with databases, APIs, and systems such as Redis, Postgres, and Kafka.

The successful candidate will collaborate with architects to define database schemas, API designs, and project structures, build responsive and performant frontend components using React, and write clean, maintainable TypeScript code in accordance with team standards.

In addition to technical skills, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop full stack web applications using React-based frameworks with server-side rendering capabilities.
  • Implement robust backend logic and server-side components for React applications.
  • Work with databases, APIs, and systems such as Redis, Postgres, and Kafka.
  • Collaborate with architects to define database schemas, API designs, and project structures.
  • Build responsive and performant frontend components using React.
  • Write clean, maintainable TypeScript code in accordance with team standards.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Integrate AI-based tools into the development workflow while maintaining code quality and correctness.
  • Work within CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3-5+ years of engineering experience, with at least 2 years in full stack development.
  • Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js.
  • Deep understanding of React core principles, patterns, and latest features.
  • Experience with React and server-side rendering frameworks (Next.js, Astro, Vite, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of database design and implementation.
  • Familiarity with modern queuing and caching systems.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and code quality tools.
  • Understanding of modern browser technologies and JavaScript/CSS.
  • Experience incorporating AI tools into development workflows.

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Experience with animation and canvas drawing.
  • Keen eye for design and UI/UX considerations.
  • Experience with tRPC, GraphQL, Tailwind CSS.
  • Knowledge of performance optimization techniques.
