We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the development of innovative products from conception to delivery, ensuring they meet client needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand and anticipate their requirements, translating them into product specifications that drive business success
  • Determine the overall vision for the team's product, leveraging expertise in Agile Software Development Methodology to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Develop a comprehensive product roadmap based on this vision, aligning with the organization's goals and objectives
  • Manage the product backlog, prioritizing items based on changing requirements and stakeholder feedback
  • Oversight of all stages of product creation, including design, development, and testing, to ensure timely delivery and high-quality results
  • Monitor and evaluate product progress throughout the process, making adjustments as needed to meet client expectations
  • Communicate effectively with the product team and end-users to deliver updates and insights, fostering a culture of transparency and collaboration
  • Participate in Scrum meetings and product sprints, driving alignment and focus towards achieving business outcomes
Requirements
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile Software Development Methodology and its applications in product development
  • Understanding of product development architecture and its impact on business success
  • Proficiency in using analytical tools to inform product decisions and drive business growth
  • Ability to prioritize effectively, balancing competing demands and stakeholder expectations
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and their application in product development
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas simply and effectively
  • Experience working with large teams, with a proven track record of collaboration and teamwork
  • Knowledge of design quality standards and their importance in delivering high-quality products
