Full Stack Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Engineer with hands-on experience in the MERN stack to design, build, and maintain scalable web applications.

About this Role
  • Analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement responsive web applications.
  • Lead technical aspects of projects, acting as a principal developer and subject matter expert.
  • Coordinate with business and technical teams to ensure alignment of development goals.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, contributing to code reviews, and driving continuous improvement across the development lifecycle. We encourage innovation, creativity, and out-of-the-box thinking in all our team members.

Your Responsibilities
  • Mentor junior developers and assist in solving complex technical issues.
  • Provide expert guidance on architectural decisions and code quality.
  • Plan proactively, anticipate technical challenges, and suggest effective alternatives.
  • Take ownership of assigned modules and support cross-project technical streams.
  • Promote team cohesion and foster a collaborative working environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with at least 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience with React and Node.js.
  • Familiarity with Material UI, Apollo GraphQL, and serverless functions; Typescript is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of relational and non-relational databases.
  • Ability to interact effectively with end-users/clients, managers, and developers.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
