Job Title

Supervisor - Bakery Operations

Job Responsibilities

To maintain up-to-date signage and rail card as required
To perform timely punch re-packing in GMS system
To conduct weekly MAV for bakery production through internal consumption
To execute stock orders with necessary documentation
To implement corrective and preventive measures for wastage and shrinkage control
To resolve QA related issues during periodical visits and other findings
To ensure a clean and hygienic environment in the bakery and production areas
To develop new recipes for bakery products to improve sales and customer satisfaction
To monitor structural deficiencies
To address customer complaints and propose solutions
To maintain accurate customer files and data
To engage with at least 10 customers per week to understand their needs and expectations
To analyze best customers and propose solutions
To visit competitors to gather information on pricing, assortment, merchandising, services, and competitor activities

Qualifications

Intermediate or Bachelor's degree is required
