Job Overview

As an Implementation Strategist, you will partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to present solutions, assist with change management and support the implementation of telematics solutions in customer fleets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Sales to identify and pursue new business opportunities by understanding client needs and delivering compelling solutions.
  • Develop strategies to create customer-centric solutions, including prospect presentations and RFP responses.
  • Work directly with clients to guide them through the change management process during telematics solution implementation.
  • Support sales processes and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Post Sales Operations to maintain and update sales collateral and resources.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in Professional Services or a similar field, with a focus on customer engagement and solution development.
  • Technical acumen and ability to understand complex concepts.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms for managing forecasts and pipelines.
