Senior Odoo Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Odoo Lead to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to architect robust enterprise applications, lead development and implementation efforts, and mentor junior developers.

  • Design, customize, and develop advanced Odoo modules to align with business processes and strategic goals.
  • Lead the integration of Odoo with third-party applications and internal systems for seamless data flow.
  • Architect scalable and efficient solutions and modules within the Odoo framework, ensuring maintainability and performance.
  • Provide technical leadership to the development team, including code reviews, best practices, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Optimize PostgreSQL databases and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with business analysts, QA, and project managers to gather requirements and deliver on project timelines.
  • Support Odoo version upgrades and data migrations, ensuring minimal downtime and data integrity.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering technical growth and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in the Odoo ecosystem and broader software development practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in Odoo development with a strong portfolio of successful implementations.
  • In-depth understanding of the Odoo ORM, API, and module architecture.
  • Strong skills in Python and PostgreSQL database design, optimization, and administration.
  • Experience integrating Odoo with web services and third-party tools (REST APIs, XML-RPC, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex technical challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • A growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning and process improvement.
  • Proven experience as a Senior Odoo Lead on similar roles.
