We seek a skilled UX Designer to lead our design efforts. This role requires collaboration with product, program and engineering stakeholders to enhance employee interactions with their job.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Design intuitive user experiences by combining user insights, business requirements and technical constraints.
  2. Drive the planning and strategic phases of a project, suggesting innovative CX ideas backed by a solid rationale.
  3. Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups with detailed visual design specifications for mobile interfaces throughout the design process.
  4. Develop UX solutions for large-scale problems, working effectively with stakeholders and adapting to changing requirements.
  5. Partner with researchers to test solutions with users, building prototypes and gathering feedback to inform design decisions.
  6. Present design work to internal teams, stakeholders and executive leadership.
  7. Contribute to user experience design guidelines and best practices.

A successful candidate will have 1+ years of design experience, proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, Principle, Framer JS, Flinto, Illustrator, Adobe XD, and a strong online portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions.
