Job Role and Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions for primary science educators, ensuring alignment with specified timeframes.
  • Develop adaptive materials and activities based on approved standards outlined in the training manual.
  • Conduct pre- and post-assessments to evaluate trainee progress and training effectiveness.
  • Guarantee high-quality training delivery across multiple clusters.
  • Present comprehensive reports on training activities and outcomes.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Hold a Master's or BS degree in Botany, Zoology, Chemistry, or Physics.
  • Proven experience in teaching or training Science at the Primary/Secondary level, with a minimum of three years.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently in the field and manage multiple training clusters effectively.
  • Candidates with Education degrees (B.Ed., M.Ed.) hold added advantages.
