Job Description
Sales and Engineering Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for creating offers, bids, orders, and invoices within the Area Commercial team in Pakistan, ensuring the technical and commercial accuracy of all documents. Reporting to the Area Commercial Manager, you will serve as a Sale Support Specialist.

Your responsibilities include:

  1. Sales Support: Supporting the local sales organization and customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions, preparing demanding offers, and providing technical support during meetings, product presentations, and negotiations. Offering product, solution, or service-related training.
  2. Offer Preparation: Preparing or supporting the preparation of technical and commercial offers based on customer specifications, local business unit indications, and sales directives. Participating in project kick-off meetings.
  3. Cost Definitions: Defining costs for proposed solutions and communicating them to the sales team.
  4. Risk Review: Providing information for the risk review process according to Accelleron policies and participating in risk assessments when required.
  5. Competitive Analysis: Analyzing customer needs and competitor offers using market information and sales insights.
  6. Lost Proposals: Analyzing reasons for lost proposals, identifying potential causes, and recommending actions in collaboration with sales and business units to improve future results.

Your Background

  1. 1-3 years of experience in technical commercial sales, working as a sales engineer or in sales roles.
  2. Supportive technical and commercial knowledge of engineering equipment sales.
  3. Familiarity with ERP/web-based offer and bid creation, especially in power plant or engineering sales markets.
  4. Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems is preferred.
