**Job Title:** School Leader

Key Responsibilities:

  9. Conduct transparent and timely assessments, ensuring fairness and accuracy in all decision-making processes.
  10. Build strong relationships with the local community, promoting education as a vital resource for both boys and girls, and encouraging them to join educational institutions.
