We are seeking a skilled WordPress Webmaster to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building custom WordPress themes from scratch, without relying on page builders or pre-made plugins.
- Converting Adobe XD website designs into a WordPress theme using clean PHP, HTML5, CSS, JS, and jQuery.
- Implementing fluid, mobile-first layouts that adapt seamlessly across smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktops with different screen sizes.
The ideal candidate will have thorough knowledge in HTML5, Bootstrap PHP, JavaScript, jQuery, WordPress Themes, and CSS. Experience in WordPress plugin development or customization is also essential. A proven track record in converting Adobe XD to a WordPress theme/template, manually, is required.
Key Responsibilities- Build custom WordPress themes from scratch using clean coding practices.
- Convert Adobe XD website designs into WordPress themes.
- Implement mobile-first layouts that adapt to different screen sizes.
- Maintain high-quality coding standards and best practices.
- 8 hours work per day, covering 40 hours per standard work week (Monday to Friday).
- A calm and quiet work environment, a dedicated device (desktop or laptop), and a headset (with microphone).
- No use of tablets or mobile devices for tasks.
- A high-speed and stable internet connection.
- Work-from-home flexibility.
- Employee Provident Fund (EPF) / Employees' Trust Fund (ETF) enrollment.
- Legitimate work-at-home company adhering to Sri Lankan Shop and Office Act.
- Monthly remuneration: starting at 115,000 - 130,000 LKR.
Probation confirmation increment after 06 months and possible increments every 12 months.'],
