Our company is seeking a skilled Bidding Agent to join our team. As a Bidding Agent, you will be responsible for searching and analyzing daily job postings on Upwork & Fiverr.

You will submit competitive and customized proposals for relevant projects, using strategic keywords, project tags, and categories to optimize visibility.

Maintaining a daily target for bidding/submissions is crucial in this role.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for initiating and maintaining professional communication with potential clients, understanding project requirements, and clarifying details through messages or calls.

You will schedule and participate in discovery calls or project discussions if needed, negotiate pricing and timelines within company guidelines, and follow up on submitted proposals to improve conversion rates.

As a Bidding Agent, you will convert leads into successful deals and pass them to the production team, maintaining a record of active proposals, leads, and closed deals.

Furthermore, you will prepare daily/weekly reports on bidding activities, wins, and prospects, coordinate with the team to gather technical inputs when needed, and update CRM or spreadsheets to track pipeline status and communication history.
