Finance Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled finance professional to join our team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a strong analytical mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze sales trends, product mix, discounts, trade offers, and margins to identify areas of improvement.
  • Prepare and monitor actual vs budgeted numbers and variance analysis to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for key sales KPIs and financial metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with sales and commercial teams to evaluate financial performance across regions and distributor channels, driving business growth.
  • Assist in building and maintaining segment wise Profit & Loss statements (P&Ls), ensuring accurate financial reporting.
  • Support monthly/quarterly business reviews and decision-making through financial insights, helping to drive strategic business decisions.
  • Ensure accuracy of financial data related to Local Sales in ERP systems, minimizing errors and discrepancies.
  • Contribute to cost-to-serve, receivables, and channel incentive analysis, providing valuable insights to improve operational efficiency.
  • Analyze production variances, wastages and cost trends, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements.
  • Monitor inventory levels and highlight slow moving inventory, enabling proactive stock management and minimizing losses.
Requirements:
  • ACMA/ICMA/ACCA/CA qualification or equivalent.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or FMCG setup, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and business acumen, combined with excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint, with experience using ERP systems such as Oracle.
