We are looking for a results-driven New Business Acquisition Professional to join our sales team and contribute to driving business growth through lead generation and relationship building.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential prospects using various sales tools.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key contacts at potential clients, consulting companies, and partners.
  • Qualify high-potential prospects and transition them to the sales organization for further follow-up.
  • Gather customer contact information and other relevant data to enhance our database.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Possesses excellent influencing and negotiation skills with the ability to promote effectively.
  • Has a background in B2B telesales or a related field.
  • Exhibits great customer service aptitude and confidence in conversing with clients over the phone.
  • Is eager to grow their sales skills and advance their career.

Requirements:

  • Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Expertise in software houses and experience in a related field (minimum 3-5 years).
  • Good aptitude in IT communication to understand product information.
  • Able to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills.

Contract Duration: Minimum one-year contract duration (leading to unlimited) based on experience.
