Job Profile

The position of Property Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for coordinating land acquisition processes to ensure their smooth execution.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Coordinate with internal teams to identify potential land acquisition opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and analyze property data to assess feasibility.
  • Negotiate purchase agreements and manage due diligence processes to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain relationships with property owners, agents, and local authorities to facilitate successful transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate land acquisitions with business strategies.
  • Develop and present detailed reports and presentations to stakeholders to inform decision-making.
  • Monitor market trends to provide valuable insights for future acquisitions.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updating of revenue records and documentation.
  • Perform additional duties related to land acquisition as assigned by senior management.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in land acquisition-related tasks.

Experience Requirements:

  • Must have experience working in the Land Acquisition Department of a large organization or relevant government agency.
  • Should possess strong knowledge of revenue rules and regulations.
  • Must have expertise in record-keeping processes.
