Job Summary:
An SEO Manager will be responsible for improving our organic search rankings and providing exceptional search engine optimization services. You will work on enhancing the health of our website via keyword research and content optimization, as well as carry out offsite SEO activities. Additionally, you will manage pay-per-click search campaigns to guarantee their success.

Below are the key responsibilities of this role:

  1. Create effective strategies for search engine optimization.
  2. Supervise a team of search engine optimization experts.
  3. Lead research for SEO friendly keywords.
  4. Monitor technical search engine optimization issues and help in fixing them.
  5. Optimize the content of landing pages, blogs, and websites.
  6. Direct and coordinate content teams in off-page search engine optimization tasks like link-building and forum commenting.
  7. Analyze insights and create reports on all aspects of SEO including audience, traffic, views, clicks, and rankings.
  8. Collaborate with other teams during the SEO of marketing campaigns.
  9. Stay up to date regarding search engine optimization and marketing standards.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • 5+ years of SEO experience, preferably in a software house, E-commerce, or agency.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or a related area.
  • Proficient with Technical SEO, Content Marketing, and Search Marketing techniques.
  • Proven track record; applicants must demonstrate their SEO ability through previous work.
  • Expert user of web analytics tools and concepts, particularly Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Experience using search tools and platforms.
  • Compelling written and verbal communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
  • Strong project management and organization skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
