About the Role
  • Supervise a team of professionals to ensure smooth task delivery and achievement of goals.
  • Prepare annual financial statements and quarterly accounts independently, showcasing strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Maintain good knowledge of bookkeeping, including General Ledger, Trial Balance, and Accounts, to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Oversee daily accounting functions, ensuring proper allocation of research project revenues and expenditures, and making informed decisions that drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their objectives and deliver high-quality results.
  2. Prepare financial reports, including annual financial statements and quarterly accounts, using financial modeling and QuickBooks software.
  3. Analyze financial data, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and making recommendations to optimize financial performance.
  4. Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to achieve business objectives, leveraging effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
  • CA Inter, ACCA, or Master's degree in Finance and Accounting, demonstrating a solid foundation in financial principles and practices.
  • Up to 8-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in a similar role, showcasing expertise in financial management and leadership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and build strong relationships.
